PARENTING 101

This one-night pre-birth class helps expectant parents cope with the overwhelming issues of pregnancy, delivery and bringing a new little person into the world. Segments include prenatal development, tools to reduce stress, building confidence during pregnancy and birthing, and lots of tips to start good parenting habits immediately upon bringing Baby home.

Dr. Melanie’s book PARENTING 101: Because Kids Don’t Come with Instructions and a tour of the hospital are included to minimize your fears and maximize your knowledge.

Held special Mondays, 6:45 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at West Boca Medical Center, Boca Raton, FL. Fee: $80 per family.
